red beer: American Red Ale

Unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle. Brownish color with reflections from purple to dark red with a light carbonization. On the nose ripe fruit, malt, until the herbaceous end of hops. In the mouth, medium body, with light hazelnut tones and ripe fruit accompanied by the bitter herb of English hops. The long finish is dominated by bitter herbaceous followed by malty notes.
